This happens because of something called EPOC (increase of oxygen that your body uses ans speed your metabolic rate). The increase of oxygen consumption will require more calorie burning. So get motivated and kill this workout!

  • Fat loss and build muscle

By doing this intense workout your body will create more hormones and testosterone which will help you for either burning fat and build muscle ( if you eat enough though)
